Downloading instructions: If you are using IE6 or IE7 browser, right click on the button with the file format you need and select "save target as" option to save the file.

If you are using a Firefox browser, right click on the button with the file format you need and select "Save link as" option, you will see a window with "File Name" field, type the file name with the extension (i.e. for an FLV file, it will be video.flv) and click "Save" to save the file.
