EverydayHealth.com recently surveyed doctors through physician’s news site, MedPageToday, to come up with a list of the most popular physician-prescribed New Year’s resolutions. Everyday Health Medical Director Dr. Mallika Marshall reveals the top resolutions with tips doctors deemed most important for health and happiness.
